Before You Apply
- Confirm the property is available before submitting an application or payment.
- Every person age 18 or older who will live in the home must apply.
- One application supports one primary applicant and one co-applicant.
- More than two adults require additional applications. Four adults complete two applications.
- The application fee is $60 for the first applicant and $40 for one additional co-applicant on the same application. Fees are nonrefundable.
- The final section of the application provides Zelle payment to Rentals@preferred-homes.com and PayPal options.
- Applying or paying does not guarantee approval, a lease, occupancy or continued availability of the property.
