Called Preferred Homes for an estimate on my home. They did everything for me and made my life easier. When I decided to buy a house I contacted Preferred Homes and they were very professional. They kept every promise they made and even got me an amazing deal on my home. Preferred Homes LLC employs people who are quick to respond to messages when you send them regarding your rental. They make sure to work with you and your scheduling in the case they may have to come to your property for a showing, repair, or upgrade! They have a good maintenance crew that is easy to work with. Some of the workers to mention include Pete and the AC man David who kept our system running cold even during the hottest of summer days!

We talked for a bit with ROY and he asked what would you sell your home to me for? He then explained everything. And it's cash. To be quite honest we have never dealt with anyone with the honesty and integrity that he has. He was there for everything all the way through. His negotiation strength is amazing and he stands firm while doing so. Roy works hard and he is fair. He bought our home and we got really close to what we wanted.
