They make sure to work with you and your scheduling in the case they may have to come to your property for a showing, repair, or upgrade! They have a good maintenance crew that is easy to work with. Within two days and for only $600 they were able to satisfy every request made by the inspector and we proceeded to close on the sale of the house, saving us over $3,400. They also helped us buy our next home in Clearwater and worked their magic to shave 18k off the price!!!
